Introduction

If you're a nursery manager or user seeking to enhance and streamline your occupancy/attendance figures, our Yearly Availability report is just what you need.

This dynamic report displays available spaces for the upcoming year, starting from the current week. It calculates these spaces based on your room's capacity and the number of children booked in each room.

Example: If a room has a capacity for 12 children and only 5 are booked for a particular day, the report will display 7 available spaces for that day.

Moreover, the Yearly Availability report accommodates your custom settings, displaying closed days (such as weekends) and offering key information via the [i] icon next to the report title.
