Adding a new room
To create a new room, you will need to go to Rooms and then click '+' to begin. A pop-up will show, from which the user can complete the following:
Step 1 - Select the '+' button
Step 2 - In 'Name', click the colour to set the colour for your room
Step 3 - Name the room in your setting
Step 4 - Set your room capacity
Step 5 - Assign staff by either typing in their name or selecting '+'
Step 6 - Assign children by either typing in their name or selecting '+'
Room Overview
Once you have created your room you have a few different options to view, either;
By Profile - Overview of room
By Children - Which children are assigned to room
By staff - Which staff are assigned to room
Edit Room
To edit the room, you can do this by selecting which room you want to edit and then going to the room profile. Here you will be able to edit the room name & colour, capacity as well as add more children or staff member to the room.
Before you move on, Select Save to confirm your changes
