Prepare your virtual Early Years Setting effortlessly by setting your Opening Hours to align with your operational schedule.

Introduction

Opening Hours are the first step towards producing your virtual Early Years Setting in preparation to run your setting online.

Setting my Hours

The first step is to navigate to 'Opening Hours' from the Settings Overview page

Navigate to: Settings > Opening Hours

By Default your Opening Hours will be set to:

  • Mon-Fri

  • 08:00 --> 17:00

Setting up your Opening Hours is simple:

  1. Update Hours: Simply select the Opening OR Closing time and update the time from the dropdown

  2. Close a Day - Select the 'X' on the right side of the day to close the day

  3. Open a Day - Select the Opening AND Closing times and set your times to Open that day

Hints: Setting your opening and closed days will directly impact any future booking patterns so make sure that you set these up prior to adding children's bookings
