Introduction
We have made new and exciting changes to your home screen allowing you and your staff to work more efficiently. On top of everything you are familiar with from our essentials package, you can also now run the register directly from the homepage.
The best thing about our home screen is that is fully customisable and managed from our widget menu.
Registers will be part of our new Growth Package
Tips and Hints
So before we go through your new home screen for registers you will need to make sure you have set up;
If you haven't set these up yet we recommend doing that first before proceeding to this section.
Page Navigation
In this section, we will walk you through the new navigation of the home screen
1. Homepage Tabs
The Homepage Tabs will allow you a quick way to access children throughout the day, these are;
All - All children active in your setting
My Day - All children attending your setting today which include children checked in and out. The Total number will also include any children due in aswell
Due - Children that are due in
In - Children that have checked into the setting
Out - Children that have checked our
Absent - Shows all children marked absent who had bookings for that date
2. Child Cards
The child card has been enhanced to hold key register information for a child on today's date. Other key information is available such as dietary, medication, daily notes and information such as present due in and out time which will update throughout the day with actual in and out time.
3. Search Function, Filter's, Widget menu & Download Register
Run key functions from an easily accessible location on your home page;

4. Introducing Widgets
This is where your staff at the nursery can check children n and out, add observations as well as new child preview section within widgets

The widget menu offers you complete customisation of the widgets you will see on your homepage
To customise your home screen click the widget menu in the top right-hand side of the screen
You can select which items you use most on a daily basis and toggle on and off items that you use.
Once you have your ideal setting click 'Save' and this will update your home screen. Deselecting items will see thehomepage update with your desired setup.
HINTS
You can have a different setup for each device you login to. Yep, that's right, one setup for your Computer, and an entirely different one for your tablet!
