We’ve made the difficult decision to close Nursery Story.

We understand this may come as a surprise, and we want to make the next steps as clear and straightforward as possible. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the closure, your data, and your subscription.

When will the app close?

The Nursery Story app will remain available until 20 February 2026.

After this date:

  • The app and all associated services will no longer be accessible

  • You will not be able to log in or retrieve data

We strongly recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before 20 February 2026.


Will I still be able to use the app until then?

Yes. You’ll be able to continue using the app as normal until the closure date, including viewing and exporting your data.


How do I download or save my data?

Data must be downloaded via a web browser.

You cannot export data from the iOS or Android apps.

Please log in using a desktop or laptop browser such as:

  • Chrome

  • Safari

  • Edge


What data can I export?

You can download the following data from the app:

And parents/contacts can download media from their parent app.


What happens to my subscription?

All subscriptions will be cancelled automatically before the app closes.

  • No further payments will be taken

  • You do not need to cancel manually


Will I receive a refund?

Refunds apply to annual subscriptions only.

  • Annual subscribers will receive a refund for the unused portion of their subscription from the closure date

  • Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds on monthly subscriptions

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • The email address linked to your account

  • Confirmation that you’re on an annual plan

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.


What happens to my data after the app closes?

Once the app closes on 20 February 2026, all customer data will be securely deleted in line with our data protection obligations.

After this date, data cannot be recovered.

Please ensure you’ve downloaded anything you wish to keep before the closure date.


What if I can’t download something I need?

If you experience any issues exporting data or aren’t sure how to access a specific report, please contact us before the closure date and we’ll assist where possible.
