What if I need to download other data (for example, accidents or incidents)?

At the moment, some data types - such as accident records, incident reports, or other in-app logs - cannot be exported as a PDF or file download.

We’re really sorry about this limitation.

If you need to keep a copy of this information, we recommend:

  • Opening the relevant record in the app

  • Taking a screenshot so you have a copy saved on your device

Unfortunately, this is the only way to retain this data before the app closes.

If you’re unsure whether a specific type of data can be downloaded, or you need guidance on where to find it, please contact us before the closure date and we’ll do our best to help.
