Step 1 - Create an Observation that has drafts available

Drafts can only be used for key observations: L&D, General & Accident/Incident

Step 2 - Save as Draft

Step 3 - Navigate to Feed > Approvals > Drafts

Step 4 - Select Observation to resume the observations

Step 5 - Observations can be saved as draft as many times as you like. Simply update and select Save
