Introduction

We hope you never have to use this article, but with any tech, there may be a glitch once in a while. This article will cover most of the issues you may encounter and how to overcome those issues.

Make sure your app is up to date with software

At Nursery Story, we are continually developing and improving the benefits and features of the app. Please always make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the application. Links to Android & IOS downloads will be below;

Error 400 Message

Error 400 message that sometimes appears on the application is related to connectivity issues. You might see this error message when logging in or saving information on profiles. We would ask to check your internet connection and make sure you have a stable connection. Nursery Story does have some offline capabilities but on some functionality, you do need some internet connection in order to complete some tasks.

If the issue persists, we would ask you to reach out to the Nursery Story team either on Intercom messages or send an email to support@nurserystory.co.uk
