Bring each child's learning journey into one neat document ready to share with your parents and carers. Our Learning Journey is simple to download and depending on how you wish to run your early years setting, can be shared at the end of each term, academic year, or simply on a child's departure date as a document they can take home and treasure for life.

Step 1 - Navigate to a child's profile page

Step 2 - Select the Learning Journey tab

Step 3 - Select Save to open up the learning Journey settings pop-up

Step 4 - Make your selections for what details you wish to include in your learning journey

Hints: Date ranges are restricted to 12 months maximum. For a child that has attended for multiple years, you should download an individual Learning Journey for each academic year. Depending on how frequently you wish to log observations, you may wish to choose to download by individual terms.

Selecting more than a 12-month period, you will receive an error message

Step 4 - Select Save

Hints: Depending on the size of data included in your Learning Journey, the strength of the internet and the quality of your device, the Learning journey will take a short while to download.

IF you receive an error message 'Failed to Fetch', then think about reducing the ate range of your Learning Journey. For example, reduce from the full year and break it down into individual terms.
