If you are looking to gain access to your child account using nursery story, you must request an invite from the Nursery Manager who will invite you to the account.

It is important to note that NO user is able to signup to a Nursery Story Story account themselves unless they are the the company Admin setting up the Nursery Story account for the first time.

All parents must be invited to join an Early Years setting. this will be done once the Admin has setup the Account and is ready to send invites.

You will initially receive an invite via email it should look a little like this, here is what to do next

Step 1 - Download the 'Nursery Story for parents' app, it looks a little like the below on IOS

Step 2 - Tap on 'do not have an account yet sign up'

Step 4 - Register using your email address and create a password

Step 5 - Hit 'sign up'

Step 6 - Return to the login page and sign in using your new credentials

Absolutely yes! Simply request that the manager goes throughthe same steps to invite you to the additional child account. As long as you use the same email address you gain access to a second child profile on your parent App.

Once you reload the App you will now see this little dropdown Arrow next to the child name:

Select the Dropdown to select which child profile you wish to view

You can only view one child feed at a time so be sure to navigate between them to stay up to date.

There is no limit to the number of children you can be signed up to.
