Here at Nursery Story, we are continually developing our systems to make improvements so that it works best for you, our trusted customers. We always advise that you have your tablet set to automatic updates to ensure that you are always running the most up-to-date version of our software.

Be first to access our latest features when they are released.
Fast bug resolution ensuring any fixes are automatically updated in the software you run without having to update it manually.
Instructions for IOS Users (iPad and iPhone)
Open up 'Settings'
Select "iTunes & App Store"
Toggle ON "Updates"
Instructions for Android Users (Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo etc. )
Open up "Google Play Store"
In the Top-Right corner, tap the Profile icon
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Auto-update apps'
Select either option: "Over any network" OR "Over Wi-Fi, only" depending on whether you wish to update using data or Wi-FI. This will vary on whether you have a data SIM plugged into your device.
