To establish how children are being observed, how regularly, and across what areas, this is the report you want to be reviewing.

From the homepage, navigate to Reports > Tracking EYFS

Before you can access your report you must set your filters:

Rooms - Select all rooms or by individual
Term - All time or select by individual terms
Custom Date Range - Set a custom date range to override terms
Key Person - Pull up key children to the selected staff member

When you have selected your filters, select Generate

1. Group tracking data - Connected to L&D observation counts made for each area of learning. 1 Observation that covers 3 areas will populate each area with a value of 1.

2. Total Areas Observed- A tally of all areas observed. if 1 observation is made with 7 areas of learning covered, the tally will read 7.

3. Child Card - Select here to navigate to Individual Monitoring Report
