Other Information

Step 1 - Select 'Children' on the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2 - Select the child you are interested in storing information on.

'Other information' stored on a child profile is internal notes visible only to you as staff. Information has been broken down into:

- Allergies

- Medication

- Dietary

- Safe Passphrase

Example: You have a child who has an allergy to milk, or wheat, or any number of other things. The milk causes this child to have an epi-pen. You would have notes set as;

Step 5 - The final section is on 'Safe passphrase' this is a word or a phrase that approved people may use, perhaps on collection for example. This can be entered once decided by the family and confirmed when the child has started. It can also be changed should there be a need to.

Step 6 - Once complete, select 'Saved changes'
