Step 1 - Start on the 'Home' page

Step 2 - Select the child/children you are wanting to record the 'Food/Drink' activity for. They will be highlighted in blue when selected. The total number of children selected is displayed.

Step 3 - From the activity tab, Select 'Toileting'

Step 4 - Set the Date and time. By default, this is set to the current time but you can backdate your work.

Author - This is automatically set to the active user. To change author, you must sign in as a different user OR Admin users have the ability to update the Author.

Step 5 - Hit 'Select' from the drop-down box and choose where the toileting occurred from the list of options

Step 6 - Now select the outcome. For the below example, the child went for a wee in the potty.

Submitting toileting activities for groups of children

It is possible to record toileting activities for multiple children at the same time. When you add more than one child you will see the 'Show individuals/Hide individuals' option.

Step 7 - Select the 'Show Individuals' dropdown

Step 8 - Now update each child's outcome independently. The previously selected outcome will be set as default for each child.

Step 9 - A description can be added for the toileting activity. Bear in mind for a group activity this is a generic description that applies to ALL selected children.

Step 10 - Toggle On/Off 'Share with the parents' depending on your preference and hit 'Submit'
