How-To Video

Step 1 - Start on the 'Home' page

Step 2 - Select the child/children you are wanting to record the 'Food/Drink' activity for. They will be highlighted in blue when selected. The total number of children selected is displayed.

Step 3 - From the activity tab, Select 'Food/Drink'

Step 4 - Set the Date and time. By default, this is set to the current time but you can backdate your work.

Author - This is automatically set to the active user. To change author, you must sign in as a different user OR Admin users have the ability to update the Author

Step 5 - Enter food and drink items into the 'Meal Items'. This has a guessing function so after you have entered it once, it will be saved in the system for next time. Simply start typing your item and it will appear.

Example: here we start typing banana

Step 6 - Set the amount consumed for ALL children ranging from 0 to "finished the lot"

Step 7 - Select 'Show Individuals' to update the quantity consumed for each child separately

Step 8 - Set the amount consumed by each child individually

Step 9 - Add a generic description that applied to all children for what they have had to eat/drink.

Note: Whilst the system will allow you to choose food and drink for the child in the same observation you are only able to pick 1 quantity therefore if they have eaten/drunk different amounts you are advised to pick an average.

Step 10 - Upload a photo or video to support your activity.

Step 11 - Toggle On/Off 'Share with the parents' depending on your preference and hit 'Submit'
