Step 1 - Navigate to the name and picture option on the chosen staff, child, or parents & contact profile.

Step 2 - Press 'edit' to upload your chosen pictures from your device's gallery/files.

Step 3 - Hit 'Save changes' in the bottom-right corner when you are happy with your selection.

Picture upload complete!
