Create Your Extras (Meals, Cream, Consumables, etc.)

Create additional chargeable items like meals and consumables for use in bookings and invoicing.

Extras are used to charge for items or services outside your standard sessions — such as meals, nappies, wipes, sun cream, consumables, or other add-ons your nursery provides.

To create extras, go to:

Finance → Settings → Extras


1. Add a New Extra

Click Add extra purchase.

Enter:

  • Extra name – e.g. Cream, Lunch, Nappies, Consumable Charge

  • Price per item – the amount to charge each time this extra is added

Click Save.

Your extra will now appear in your list and can be added to children’s plans and invoices.


2. Manage Your Extras

In the Extras tab, you can:

  • Search for any extra

  • Edit the name or price at any time

  • Delete an extra if it is no longer needed

Editing will update future invoices, but will not change any invoices already generated.


You’re all set!

Your extras are now ready to be used in child plans and will automatically feed into invoicing whenever they are added.
