1. Navigation Bar
Navigate to your desired page using our navigation bar. This is broken down into 2 sections, day-to-day functions, and management. You can learn more about each page via their individual articles linked below:

2. Child Cards
Creating a child will active a new child card that will be accessible from the homepage. Children relevant to your selected filters will display on the homepage and will be available to perform actions on.
3. Registration Quick Filter Tabs
The fastest way to navigate through the children attending your Early years setting. Use the quick filter navigation tabs to pull up relevant children instantly.
4. Search Bar & Filter, Widget Menu & Download Register
Our search button feature allows you to search for children in your nursery, just start typing the child’s name, and will show the child on your home screen.
To filter your home screen, click the filter button (the three horizontal lines) and will pull up the filter box where you can filter your home screen by Room or by Key Person. Just select which filters you want on and Save.
If you would like to save these selections permanently. Then simply select** ‘Set Default’ and these will save prominently until changed.
You can ‘save’ new filters to update, but when reloading the page, you will always return to your default. Each user can have defaults set for each device that they use. Eg, one setup for your laptop, another for your tablet!
5. Widgets
In this section, you can add any new observations for the children. In the action menu, you can select all children and will show you how many children you have selected, it is also where you can send messages to parents directly from the home screen.
Once you have the children selected you can create new observations directly from the home screen, just select the children and click on which observation you would like to create.
