Create your invoicing layout

Make your invoices clear and friendly for parents and carers. Use Layout to add your bank details, payment terms, and a short note that appears on every invoice.

What is Layout?

Layout controls what appears on the bottom of your invoices so families know how and when to pay.

You can add:

  • Bank details: bank name, sort code, account number

  • Payment terms: e.g., “Due within 7 days”

  • Footer note (optional): late-fee policy, voucher info, or a thank-you

Set up your layout (one‑time)

  1. Go to Bookings → Settings → Layout.

  2. Click Add display details.

  3. Enter your bank details.

  4. Add your payment terms.

  5. Add an invoice footer (optional).

  6. Click Save.

New accounts see a blank page here - totally normal. Add only what you want to show.

Where will this show?

Your layout appears at the bottom of each invoice you generate in the invoicing feature.

Edit or delete later

  • To edit: click the Edit icon (top-right), make changes, Save.

  • To delete: click the Delete icon (top-right) → Confirm. This clears everything and returns the page to blank.

Tips (optional to include)

  • Use clear terms: “Invoices issued on the 1st, payable within 7 days.”

  • Ask families to use a payment reference (child’s surname + invoice number).

  • Only include details you’re happy to share on every invoice.
