Set your weekly working hours so the app knows when you’re open. These hours power bookings, registers, and invoices, so it’s best to do this before adding children’s booking plans.

Settings → Opening Hours
New accounts start with a default of Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00.
Tip: If your hours vary by day, that’s fine - set each day individually.
How to set your hours
Change a time
Click the opening or closing time for a day and choose the new time.Close a day
Click the × on the right of that day. The day will show as Closed.Open a closed day
Set both an opening and closing time for that day.
Heads up: Opening Hours affect future booking plans. If you change your hours later, review any existing plans to ensure they still match how you work.
Common scenarios
Different hours each day – Set each day’s times separately (e.g., Mon 08:00–17:00, Tue 08:00–15:00).
Closed mid-week – Mark that day as Closed.
FAQs
Do Opening Hours change past registers or invoices?
No. They apply going forward. Past records stay the same.
Can I do split shifts (e.g., 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00)?
Use your main Opening Hours for the day (e.g., 08:00–17:00), then reflect split times in your Sessions. That gives you accurate registers and invoices.
